We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to manage and develop sales across Punjab. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, customer relationship management, business development, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the customer base across Punjab.
Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, references, and market research.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and distributors.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
Promote the company's products and achieve assigned sales targets.
Prepare quotations, follow up on customer enquiries, and coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution.
Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and periodic business updates.
Work towards increasing sales volume, market coverage, and customer retention.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Chemistry, Science, or Business is preferred.
2–3 years of experience in field sales or business development.
Experience in chemical sales or a related B2B industry will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to develop recent business and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
