Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily interior execution work at residential sites.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, POP/gypsum workers, plumbers and other vendors.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, measurements and design specifications.
Monitor material requirements, delivery and usage at the site.
Check the quality of materials, finishing and workmanship.
Maintain daily site progress reports with photos and updates.
Coordinate with the design and execution team to resolve site issues.
Ensure work is completed as per the project timeline.
Maintain site cleanliness, safety and proper material storage.
Report delays, material shortages and additional work requirements to management.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of residential interior execution.
Knowledge of measurements, materials and construction terminology.
Ability to read basic interior drawings.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Responsible,



punctual and willing to travel between project sites.
Basic mobile reporting skills, including WhatsApp photos and progress updates.

Eligibility
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field preferred.
Freshers with a robust willingness to learn may apply.
Candidates with 1–2 years of interior site experience will be preferred.
