About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, well-organized, and patient-friendly Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a qualified attitude, and the ability to manage patient appointments and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and assist them during their clinic visits.
Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-up calls.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain patient records and update clinic registers or computer systems.
Coordinate with doctors and other clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.
Manage billing, payment receipts, and basic cash records, if required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception and waiting area.




Assist with basic administrative tasks and daily clinic activities.
Ensure patient confidentiality and provide courteous service to all visitors.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.
Ability to communicate politely with patients and handle inquiries.
Punctual, responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting will be an advantage.
