Swadhaa Waldorf Learning Centre is looking for a passionate and committed Class Teacher for a full time in office role based in Pune City. The Class Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that align with Waldorf pedagogy, preparing age-appropriate learning materials, and ensuring the all-around development of students. The role involves fostering a nurturing learning setting, maintaining regular communication with students’ families, assessing student progress, and collaborating with other educators to enhance the learning experience. The teacher will also partake in school activities and contribute to the development of a cohesive school community.

Qualifications
Strong teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and communication with young learners
Expertise in child development and education methods,



ideally with exposure to or experience in Waldorf pedagogy
Creative, patient, and empathetic approach to address the unique needs of each child
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team to develop and implement educational standards
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject; certification in Waldorf Teaching is an advantage
Enthusiasm for fostering creativity, independent thinking, and holistic development in young minds

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
