JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Position: Accounts Assistant
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
Location: Happykid Accessories LLP

Job Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding collections.
Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding overdue payments.
Maintain customer outstanding reports and update collection status regularly.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Reconcile customer accounts and identify outstanding balances.
Coordinate with the Finance Head and other departments regarding payment-related matters.
Prepare daily and monthly collection reports.
Ensure timely documentation and accuracy of accounting records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Commerce or Accounting.




1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably with collection follow-up experience.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to follow up with customers and ensure timely payment collection.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate effectively with the Sales Team and customers.

Preferred Candidate

A responsible and proactive candidate with experience in customer payment follow-ups, outstanding collections, and accounts receivable management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
