Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end current product development activities from concept to mass production within defined timelines.
Develop product designs, engineering drawings, technical specifications, and BOM in line with customer requirements.
Manage prototyping & testing to ensure product performance, functionality, and reliability.
Handle project management activities including planning, tracking timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Manage vendor development and coordination for tooling, materials, and outsourced processes.
Ensure robust cross-functional collaboration with Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams for process development, tooling, and smooth transition to mass production.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, material optimization, and value engineering.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.




Maintain and control technical documentation such as drawings, BOM, and change records.
Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor products to support creative product development.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field
4–6 years of experience in New Product Development (manufacturing/tubular/automotive preferred)
Strong knowledge of product design, engineering drawings, and BOM
Experience in prototyping, testing, and validation
Knowledge of project management and vendor handling
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
