We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Receptionist Cum Back Office Assistant to join our team in Mira Road, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-office operations while supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functionality.

Qualification:
Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage

Key Skills:
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced workplace
Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors,



ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately
Manage office supplies and maintain an organized workspace
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Support back-office tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
Coordinate with various departments for smooth office operations
Assist in preparing reports and handling documentation as needed
