Job Summary

Bright Venture Consultancy is hiring an organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage administrative tasks, documentation, data entry, reporting, and daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily back-office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain and update customer, sales, purchase, and inventory records.
Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Handle email correspondence and customer inquiries professionally.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.




Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Assist with order processing, dispatch coordination, and follow-ups.
Support management with daily operational activities.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in back-office operations or administration.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of Tally or ERP software is preferred.
Positive typing speed and data entry accuracy.
Robust communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
