Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer cum Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure product quality, and maintain proper documentation at our Naigaon manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
Conduct quality inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products.
Ensure products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Coordinate with labour contractors and production teams for smooth operations.
Maintain daily production, quality inspection, material consumption, and rejection records.
Monitor material utilisation and minimise wastage.
Coordinate dispatch-related inspections and address quality issues.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety and production procedures.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of quality control, production processes, and construction materials.
Valuable coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to supervise workers and manage daily production activities.
Willingness to work at the Naigaon manufacturing facility.
Languages Required
Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Preferred Candidates
Freshers to candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering, quality control, production supervision, or precast concrete manufacturing.
