Job Role
We are looking for a Property Onboarding Executive to connect with property owners and collect details of properties available for sale or rent. The role involves speaking with owners, gathering property information, collecting photos and documents, and coordinating with the internal team to get the properties listed and ready for clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
Contact property owners and explain the property onboarding process.
Collect property details such as location, price, size, specifications, and availability.
Visit properties when required to verify details and take photographs.
Collect the necessary property documents and owner information.
Coordinate with the internal team to list properties on relevant platforms.
Follow up with property owners for missing details or updates.
Maintain proper records of onboarded properties.
Build good relationships with property owners and support the team in adding recent properties.
Eligibility & Requirements
Any degree is required.
Experience in real estate, fieldwork, sales, or property coordination is preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Kannada language knowledge is an advantage.
A two-wheeler is preferred for property visits.
Should be comfortable speaking with property owners and visiting different locations in Bengaluru.
Salary & Advantages
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
