We are seeking motivated and persuasive Tele Marketing Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be skilled in communication, adept at identifying customer needs, and committed to achieving sales targets through effective telemarketing strategies.

Qualification:
High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service

Key Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Solid persuasive and negotiation abilities
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in using CRM software and telecommunication systems
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally

Key Responsibilities:




Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies
Assist in creating and updating telemarketing scripts and promotional materials
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
