The selected candidates will coordinate with customers regarding printing, advertising, designing, signage and other marketing services while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through phone calls, messages and meetings.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Follow up on enquiries, orders and project updates.
Handle customer questions and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain customer records and update enquiry status.
Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office applications.
Customer service or coordination experience is an advantage.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
