We are hiring a Telecaller for our team in Guwahati. We are looking for a confident and skilled candidate who can handle customer calls, follow up with leads, and support business growth through positive communication.
Responsibilities:
Call customers and leads regularly
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Follow up with interested clients
Explain services and offers clearly
Maintain proper call records and updates
Coordinate with team for lead conversion
Build good customer relationships
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Assamese preferred
Basic knowledge of calling and follow-up process
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
Experience in telecalling or customer handling is preferred
Freshers with good communication can also apply
