Job Responsibilities:
Develop current garment styles, patterns, and samples based on current fashion trends.
Have strong knowledge of women’s garment stitching, cutting, fitting, and finishing.
Supervise and manage a team of tailors to ensure quality and timely production.
Understand garment construction and suggest new designs and styles.
Have positive knowledge of the Surat garment market and contacts for outsourced work such as embroidery, handwork, and finishing.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure quality of outsourced work.
Requirements:
Experienced in women’s garment manufacturing. (Min. 5 years of experience)
Strong skills in pattern making, sampling, and garment development.
Positive team management and production planning skills.
Surat market knowledge and vendor network preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
