Job Description – Operations Executive (Freight Brokerage)

Key Responsibilities:

Source reliable carriers and negotiate competitive rates for assigned loads.

Build carrier capacity and maintain solid carrier relationships.

Manage load booking, dispatch, tracking, and delivery coordination.

Respond promptly to rate requests and submit quotes within required timelines.

Provide proactive shipment updates to customers and internal teams.

Resolve pickup delays, delivery issues, and other operational challenges.

Collect PODs and BOLs and maintain accurate shipment records.

Coordinate with accounting on carrier invoices, accessorials, and payment issues.

Requirements:

Experience in freight brokerage, dispatch,



carrier procurement, or logistics operations preferred.

Robust negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with U.S. freight markets, load boards, and carrier qualification is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple loads and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
