Supply Chain Management – Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement and sourcing to distribution and final delivery, ensuring a seamless flow of goods. Transportation Coordination – Plan delivery routes, select optimal transport modes (road, air, sea), coordinate with carriers and drivers, and ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods. Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, implement just-in-time systems, conduct stock audits, and prevent overstock or shortages. Vendor & Supplier Relations – Negotiate contracts, evaluate supplier performance, build robust partnerships, and manage pricing to minimize costs. Warehouse Operations – Coordinate receiving, storage, dispatch, and loading/unloading of goods; maintain accuracy in inventory records and warehouse systems.



Cost Control & Optimization – Develop cost-effective logistics strategies, manage budgets, identify areas for cost reduction, and optimize processes without compromising quality. Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to local, national, and international regulations; conduct safety inspections of equipment and facilities; manage customs documentation and tariff compliance.
