Reach out to HRs, founders & hiring managers
Start conversations & pitch recruitment services
Understand hiring needs & qualify leads
Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
Maintain lead database & track outreach
Follow-ups to convert leads into opportunities
Who Can Apply:
Confident & comfortable speaking with recent people
Valuable English communication (spoken & written)
Solid interest in networking, research & outreach
