Job Title: Installation Coordinator

Job Summary

The Installation Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating installation activities, scheduling technicians, ensuring material availability, communicating with customers, monitoring job progress, and maintaining accurate installation records. The role ensures that installations are completed efficiently, safely, and within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily and weekly installation schedules.
Coordinate with customers to confirm installation appointments and site readiness.
Allocate installation jobs to technicians and installation teams.
Ensure the availability of required materials, tools, equipment, and site documentation.
Monitor installation progress and follow up on pending jobs.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, procurement, technical, and service teams as required.
Identify and escalate installation delays, technical issues, and resource shortages.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Maintain installation job cards, schedules, photographs, completion reports, and customer sign-offs.




Coordinate inspections, corrective actions, and repeat visits where required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly installation status and performance reports.
Ensure completed jobs are properly documented and handed over.
Maintain qualified communication with customers and internal teams.
Perform other installation-related coordination duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and job-tracking systems.
Ability to handle multiple installation jobs simultaneously.
Solid problem-solving and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Performance Expectations: Timely installation completion, productive technician utilization, minimal avoidable delays, accurate documentation, quality compliance, and positive customer feedback.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
