Field Coordination and Community Mobilisation
Serve as the primary field link between Chaitanya and SHG federations in the assigned district.
Support federations in identifying, recruiting, and mobilising Digital Champions (CRPs) from SHGs.
Coordinate with SHG federation staff on scheduling, logistics, and field activities.
Support community mobilisation activities including promotion of smartphone loan schemes.

Training Facilitation and Digital Champion Support
Facilitate training of Digital Champions using digital training aids (WhatsApp chatbot and Awaaz.AI voice-based tool).
Attend and monitor SHG meetings to observe and support training delivery by Digital Champions.
Provide ongoing on-the-job coaching and mentoring to Digital Champions to strengthen their facilitation skills.




Conduct regular quality checks on training delivery and flag issues to the Operations Manager.

Monitoring, Data Collection and Reporting
Collect monitoring data using Microlekha MIS, and Google Forms; ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Conduct field-level qualitative check-ins with SHG women to gather feedback on training content and delivery.
Support baseline, midline, and endline data collection activities as directed by the MEL Coordinator.
Maintain detailed field diaries and submit daily and weekly reports to the Operations Manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
