Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and student-oriented Admission Coordinator to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to understand students’ career goals, and the enthusiasm to achieve admission and enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective students and parents through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students’ educational backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations.
Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, fees, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
Counsel students and parents to help them select suitable courses and programmes.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Explain admission requirements, documentation, fee structures, and payment procedures.




Maintain and regularly update student enquiry records in the CRM or database.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Achieve monthly enquiry conversion, admission, and enrolment targets.
Participate in admission campaigns, education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
Provide timely support to students throughout the admission journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal, counselling, and convincing skills.
Valuable telephone etiquette and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
Ability to handle student and parent queries professionally.
Target-oriented, organised, and self-motivated approach.
Prior experience in educational counselling, sales, or admissions will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
