The data management and MIS officer will be working for a palliative health care non-profit organisation in Dehradun (HO: Rishiksh, Ganga Prem Hospice) and will be responsible for creating and maintaining patient-care databases and stats sharing information systems, maintaining data accuracy and security, creating comprehensive MIS reports and important data alerts for the qualified care providers (nurses, doctors) and organization, and assisting the palliative home care teams in improving patient care and service quality.

The candidate should have advanced software operation ability with experience in managing databases, robust data analysing and reporting skills and command over creation of informative dashboards. The data management officer will also be responsible for training health care personnel in use of the databases and maintaining computer software and hardware.

The candidate will work in a multi-disciplinary team of programme coordinator, field workers, nurses, doctor, physiotherapists, and counsellors.

Essential qualification — any one of the following:
BCA / MCA
BSc / MSc in Statistics, Mathematics,



Data Science or Computer Science
BTech / BE in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline
A graduate in another discipline with a relevant certification in data management, MIS, Excel or business analytics and demonstrable practical experience.

Experience required:
2–4 years in MIS, data management, reporting or programme monitoring, ideally in healthcare, public health, an NGO or a community-based programme.

This is a Dehradun-based in-person job so residency around Dehradun city/area is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
