Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and service requests through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Coordinate with the service team for timely resolution of customer issues.
Follow up on open tickets and ensure closure within the required timeline.
Maintain customer and service records in the ERP/CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
Hindi speaking is mandatory.
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Care / Customer Support / Voice Process preferred.

Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP systems or ticketing software
