About KTR
Karnataka Tiffin Room is a rapid casual South Indian restaurant brand built around dosa, idli, vada and filter coffee. Our Versova store is profitable and busy, and we are opening more outlets, so this role can grow with the company.

Role
You run the Versova outlet day to day and are responsible for sales, guest experience, food quality, hygiene and team performance. You report to the co-founders.

Responsibilities
Run each shift smoothly, from opening checks to closing, including peak lunch hours
Keep food quality, portions and speed consistent by following KTR’s station-based SOPs
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and equipment standards, including FSSAI compliance
Plan daily stock and prep, order from suppliers and keep wastage and stock-outs low
Hire, train, schedule and motivate the kitchen and service team
Handle guest feedback and online reviews quickly, and keep ratings improving
Use KTR One (POS, kitchen display,



inventory) accurately every day
Track daily sales, cash, costs and staff attendance, and send the owners a daily report
Meet monthly targets for sales, food cost and guest ratings

Requirements
3+ years in restaurant or QSR/fast casual operations, with at least 1 year managing an outlet or as an assistant manager
Experience leading a team of 10 or more
Robust understanding of food cost, inventory and hygiene standards
Comfortable with POS and basic reporting in Excel or Google Sheets
Fluent in Hindi and English; Kannada or Marathi is a plus
Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays
Knowledge of South Indian cuisine is a plus

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
