Responsibilities:
Make calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Explain interior design services and understand customer requirements.
Schedule appointments for the sales/design team.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Achieve calling and appointment targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Proficiency in Malayalam; English is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
