No Bad Science is a Bengaluru clean-label supplement brand built on one rule: if we can't verify it, we won't sell it. Every batch is independently tested, every ingredient disclosed, every product dosed to what the body needs. We have a pipeline of new launches over the next two years.

The role

You'll build our next products from brief to shelf. Reading the literature. Choosing the bioavailable form over the cheap one. Dosing to need, not to the biggest number on the label.

What you will do
Research ingredients, forms and doses from peer-reviewed literature; write a referenced brief for each launch
Develop formulations with contract manufacturers across tablets, capsules, powders and gummies: ingredient selection, dosage, format, taste and stability
Run samples, trials and sensory checks; manage iterations to final sign-off
Check every formulation and label against FSSAI nutraceutical regulations
Build the claims file:



every label and marketing claim backed by a source
Coordinate third-party lab testing and batch documentation
Brief marketing on the science so content stays accurate
Track cost per unit with operations so products hit target margins

What you need
M.Sc. (or B.Sc. with a robust NPD record) in Food & Nutrition, Food Technology, Nutraceuticals or a related field
2–5 years in NPD or R&D; at a nutraceutical, supplement or functional-food company
At least one product taken from concept to launch
Ability to read, evaluate and summarise clinical and scientific papers
Working knowledge of FSSAI (Health Supplements and Nutraceuticals) Regulations
Clear written English

Nice to have
Tablet, capsule or powder formulation experience; cross-experience building products in the functional-food space also counts
Contract-manufacturer and vendor management

Joining immediately preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
