Job Responsibilities:
o Government Approval Work: Visit Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) and other relevant zonal offices for project approvals and licence-related work.

o Building Bylaws & Regulations: Understand local building bylaws, government regulations, and municipal drawing requirements.

o Approval Documentation: Assist in preparing and submitting drawings and documents required for building permissions and approvals.

o Government Department Coordination: Follow up with various government departments regarding project approvals, licences, and pending documentation.

o Client Coordination: Develop the knowledge and confidence to meet clients and explain approval procedures and project-related matters.

o Technical Knowledge & Development: Develop practical knowledge of architectural projects,



approval procedures, and construction requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Take responsibility for assigned tasks, improve technical knowledge, and gradually develop the ability to handle work independently
