A Sales Executive (also referred to as a Relationship Manager) at a Maruti Suzuki ARENA showroom is responsible for managing customer walk-ins, explaining vehicle specifications, and converting leads into car sales.

Core Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Greet showroom walk-ins, attend to phone/online inquiries, and understand customer needs, budgets, and preferences.
Product Demonstrations: Explain car features, variants, pricing, active offers, and safety specs for ARENA models (such as Swift, Dzire, WagonR, Brezza, and Ertiga).
Test Drives: Schedule and conduct vehicle test drives to showcase performance and build buyer confidence.
Lead Management: Generate current leads, follow up consistently with prospective buyers, and update customer pipelines in the CRM software.
Sales Conversion & Finance Assistance: Negotiate pricing, assist customers with car loan/finance options, insurance, and billing.
Delivery & Post-Sale Coordination: Coordinate with finance, insurance,



and delivery teams to ensure a smooth vehicle hand-over, and follow up for feedback and referrals.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly individual and team sales targets. [

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: 12th pass or a Graduate degree.
Driving License: A valid 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Skills: Robust communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; local language fluency.
Experience: Freshers are often hired with on-the-job training, though prior automobile sales experience is preferred.
Age & Gender: Typically open to both male and female candidates, usually ranging from 18 to 30+ years depending on the dealership.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
