We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Pre-Sales Telecaller to reconnect with leads disqualified during initial Quality/CX screening and identify opportunities to convert them into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Call disqualified leads to validate the reasons for disqualification and understand customer concerns.
Identify what needs to change for Lifeasy Interior to become their preferred interior design and execution partner.
Explore workable solutions and assess the potential for lead reactivation.
Coordinate with Sales, Quality and CX teams to address concerns and enable next steps.
Maintain call records, disqualification reasons, follow-ups and lead outcomes.

What We're Looking For
Robust communication, listening and persuasion skills.
A solution-oriented approach with persistence and qualified follow-up.
Ability to identify opportunities through meaningful customer conversations.
Telecalling or pre-sales experience preferred.

Location: Noida

Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
