Job Summary

we are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Business Development

Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills,

confidence in interacting with clients, an understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to present

products and services effectively through video.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential leads.

● Communicate with prospective clients through calls, messages, emails, and social media.

● Understand client requirements and present suitable products and services.

● Conduct product and service presentations and demonstrations.

● Create and present video content and video presentations for business promotion.

● Be comfortable appearing on camera and communicating confidently in front of an audience.

● Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.

● Achieve business development and sales targets.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of client requirements.





● Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Required Skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Solid interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.

● Camera confidence and the ability to present confidently in videos.

● Comfortable speaking about and explaining products and services on camera.

● Good presentation and customer engagement skills.

● Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

● Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

● Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.

● Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting.
