Core Duties
Clinical Supervision: Oversee medical staff, approve duty rosters, and maintain hospital-wide patient care standards.
Operations & Compliance: Manage day-to-day operations of OPDs, ICUs, and OTs while ensuring full compliance with healthcare laws and accreditation standards.
Quality & Safety: Head infection control committees, review medical audits, and resolve patient care grievances.
Medico-Legal & Crisis: Manage all medico-legal cases, court correspondences, and lead disaster management responses.
Key Requirements
Education: MBBS degree, ideally paired with a post-graduate qualification (MD/MS) or a Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA).
Experience: Extensive clinical and clinical-administrative leadership experience (typically 10+ years).
