What You’ll Do:
Identify companies that are hiring (LinkedIn, job portals, research)
Reach out to HRs, founders & hiring managers
Start conversations & pitch recruitment services
Understand hiring needs & qualify leads
Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
Maintain lead database & track outreach
Follow-ups to convert leads into prospects
Who Can Apply:
Confident & comfortable speaking with new people
Positive English communication (spoken & written)
Solid interest in networking, research & outreach
Self-driven, consistent & target-oriented
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
