Job Summary

Ayika Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Area Field Sales Executive to manage sales activities, develop customer relationships, and expand the company's market presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities within the assigned area.
Conduct field visits to meet prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare daily field visit reports and provide regular sales updates to management.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and timely follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in field sales or business development.
Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Good interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools is an advantage.
