We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Assistant Client Manager to join our team in Tirunelveli. In this role, you will welcome walk-in customers, understand their home interior requirements, coordinate consultations, generate leads, and manage showroom operations.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and provide information about home interior solutions.
Coordinate customer consultations with the sales and interior design teams.
Generate leads through walk-in inquiries, telephone calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
Follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments.
Maintain customer databases, lead records, and daily activity reports.
Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries, and showroom administrative activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Prepare reports on walk-in customers, leads generated, appointments, and follow-ups.
Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates (0 to 3 years).
Prior experience in administration, customer service, sales, or client relationship management will be an added advantage.
Experience in interiors or home improvement is preferred.
