Job Title: Field Marketing ExecutiveJob OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to promote our products and services in the field, generate new leads, and build robust customer relationships. In this role, you will act as the face of our brand during on-ground activities, local events, and direct client engagements. [1, 2, 3]Key Responsibilities
Field Promotion: Conduct regular field visits to promote company offerings, distribute marketing collateral, and perform product demonstrations.
Lead Generation: Engage directly with potential customers, capture qualified leads, and hand them over to the sales team for follow-up.
Event & Activity Coordination: Help organize, set up, and manage local promotional events, trade shows, roadshows, or campaigns.
Market Research: Collect on-ground customer feedback, survey preferences, and monitor local competitor activities.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive face-to-face relationships with clients, vendors, or partner retail outlets.




Reporting: Track daily field activities, lead counts, and performance metrics, then share regular reports with the marketing manager. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). [1, 2]
Experience: 0–2 years of prior experience in field marketing, direct sales, or on-ground promotions. [1]
Skills:
Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in approaching people and conducting face-to-face pitches.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated mindset. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis for field work. [1]

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
