Chai Sutta Bar,Kochi, is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused service staff who can provide a welcoming experience to customers while contributing to the café's sales and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
Recommend menu items and promote products to increase sales.
Ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.
Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged.
Follow the café's service standards, operating procedures, and instructions from management.
Support daily café operations and complete assigned duties responsibly.

Eligibility
Minimum Plus Two (12th Standard) pass.
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality business is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.

Compensation and Perks
Monthly salary of ₹15,000.
One weekly off.
