1 Develop long-term relationships with IT companies, startups, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers.

2 Generate recent hiring prospects through corporate visits, networking, referrals and employer engagement.

3 Plan and execute placement drives, campus recruitment events, walk-in drives and company presentations.

4 Prepare students through resume reviews, LinkedIn guidance, mock interviews and career coaching. Coordinate interviews from scheduling to joining and maintain a high joining ratio.

5 Monitor placement targets, recruiter satisfaction and student outcomes.

6 Maintain accurate placement records, employer database and monthly performance reports.

7 Work closely with trainers, counsellors and the placement team to improve employability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
