Job Responsibilities:
Operate VMC machines in a tool room/mould manufacturing environment.
Perform tool setting, offset correction and tool changes.
Read engineering drawings and understand dimensions/tolerances.
Manufacture mould, die and precision tool-room components.
Use Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
Maintain quality, accuracy and machine safety.
Requirements:
1–5 years of Tool Room VMC Operator experience.
Mould/die/tool manufacturing experience preferred.
Knowledge of VMC operation and drawing reading.
