We are looking for a skilled and confident Field Service Engineer to handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of weighing scale machines at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair weighing scale machines at customer sites.
Visit customer locations to resolve technical issues.
Diagnose machine faults and provide appropriate solutions.
Communicate with customers professionally and explain technical problems clearly.
Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain service reports and records of customer visits.
Required Skills:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust customer-handling skills and a confident personality.
Basic knowledge of electronic equipment and troubleshooting.
Ability to travel to customer locations as required.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering preferred.
Experience: Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
