Atlantiz Casino is looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service in a skilled casino environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Assist guests with enquiries, requests, and general information about casino facilities and services.
Build positive relationships with guests and maintain high standards of hospitality.
Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and coordinate with the relevant departments for timely resolution.
Assist with guest registration, verification, and entry formalities as per company procedures.
Coordinate with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Gaming, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Maintain professional communication and follow casino service standards.
Ensure guest confidentiality and handle guest information responsibly.
Support VIP guest handling and special guest arrangements when required.
Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to the company's grooming standards.
Perform other guest service duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages is an advantage.
Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a service-oriented attitude.
Strong problem-solving and guest-handling skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to remain calm and qualified in a quick-paced environment.
