Job Title: Business Development Associate – Real Estate

Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate business leads for real estate projects.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and business partners.
Understand customers’ property requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and available payment plans.
Coordinate with the sales and telecalling teams to manage leads and follow-ups.
Arrange property site visits and assist in converting leads into sales.
Support business development activities and help achieve sales targets.
Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and daily activity records.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business prospects.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional service throughout the sales process.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
