Experienced Construction Manager with expertise in handling end-to-end site execution, vendor coordination, contractor management, NMR maintenance, and daily construction operations. Responsible for supervising all on-site activities, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion of projects, and maintaining smooth coordination between contractors, vendors, consultants, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete site activities independently as Site In-Charge
Supervise daily construction work and site labour
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
Maintain NMR and labour attendance records
Monitor material usage and site requirements
Ensure work completion as per schedule and quality standards
Verify contractor work and billing details
Manage subcontractors and workforce allocation
Ensure site safety and proper housekeeping
Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports
Coordinate with engineers, consultants,
and management
Resolve day-to-day site execution issues
Required Skills
Solid site execution and supervision skills

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management
Experience as individual site in-charge preferred
