Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products or services
Communicate effectively to build rapport and understand customer needs
Utilize warm calling techniques to engage customers positively
Assist in business development efforts by identifying current sales prospects
Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
Negotiate and close deals with potential clients
Experience
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
Familiarity with technical sales and market trends is a plus
Ability to perform outbound calling effectively
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone
Experience with warm calling techniques is advantageous
