Senior Accountant – Finalisation of Accounts

Location: Saligao, Goa
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 Years
Employment Type: Full time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting entries using Tally Prime.
Independently handle finalisation of accounts, monthly closing, and financial statements.
Prepare bank, cash, POS, UPI, and payment gateway reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
Handle GST records, return preparation, TDS calculations, and compliance.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, and budget vs. actual reports.
Manage payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
Coordinate with CAs, auditors, and tax consultants for audits and statutory filings.
Monitor expenses, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.




Maintain supporting documents and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Experience in finalisation of accounts and financial reporting.
Proficiency in bank reconciliation and general accounting.
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Advanced Excel and MIS reporting skills.
Good communication and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
