Job Summary

Oncowin Cancer Center is looking for a qualified and dedicated Medical Officer to support clinical operations and provide quality patient care. The candidate should have solid clinical knowledge, valuable patient assessment skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with oncologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Assess patients, record medical histories, and evaluate their clinical conditions.
Monitor patients' vital signs and identify changes requiring medical attention.
Provide clinical evaluation and medical management within the scope of practice and under appropriate supervision.
Assist oncologists in patient care, treatment coordination, and follow-up.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and initiate appropriate emergency management.
Maintain accurate medical records, clinical notes, and treatment documentation.




Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient care.
Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment plans and follow-up instructions.
Follow hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable clinical guidelines and hospital policies.

Eligibility Criteria
MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
Valid registration with the applicable medical council.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in an Oncology Department.
Oncology hospital experience is essential.
Positive clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
