Vinayaga Engineering Works is a 65 years old, leading manufacturer's of rolling shutters and shutter components. We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team.
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Job Responsibilities
Take site measurements for shutters.
Inspect rolling shutter components and finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy.
Verify measurements, alignment, finishing and proper functioning of shutter mechanisms.
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections using checklists.
Identify defects,
maintain inspection records and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch.
Desired Skills: Basic mechanical drawing knowledge, measurement instrument handling, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
