Job Description – Accounts Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting entries using Tally and maintain stock and inventory records. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, basic accounting principles, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping in Tally.
Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal transactions.
Maintain and update stock and inventory records.
Monitor stock movements and ensure accurate inventory entries.
Verify purchase invoices, sales bills, and stock-related documents.
Assist with account reconciliation and routine accounting activities.
Maintain accurate financial and inventory documentation.





Candidate Requirements
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
Positive working knowledge of Tally and accounting entries.
Basic knowledge of stock and inventory management.
Solid numerical and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally-based accounting and stock handling will be preferred.
