Motor & Drive Maintenance: Inspect electric motor temperatures, vibrations, insulation resistance, bearings, and cooling systems across crushers, kilns, and grinding mills.
MCC & Switchgear Upkeep: Maintain Motor Control Centers (MCCs), circuit breakers, contactors, relays, and power distribution panels.
VFD & Soft Starter Troubleshooting: Diagnose drive faults, motor starting failures, overcurrent trips, and communication errors.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine checks to reduce unexpected equipment downtime in high-stress industrial settings.
Blueprint & Schematic Reading: Interpret technical electrical diagrams, wiring layouts, and system manuals to execute installations and repairs.
Safety Compliance: Follow strict industrial safety protocols, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and electrical code standards.
Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
