Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and managing lead generation activities across relevant channels. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, reach out to prospective clients, present solutions, and follow up to close deals. The role also includes nurturing existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery,



and preparing regular reports on business performance and sales activities. The individual will be expected to meet defined targets while representing Silicon Textile professionally in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Current Business Development and Business to drive growth and expand the customer base.
Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to build pipelines and manage client relationships effectively.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.
