We are looking for motivated HR Recruiters to join our team in Pune. Candidates with knowledge or experience in BPO and IT recruitment are preferred.
Job Details
Working Days: 5–6 days a week
Shift: Day Shift
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday fixed off
Location: Dhole Patil Road, Pune
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and IT positions.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
Requirements
Knowledge of BPO and IT hiring.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple job requirements.
Freshers with relevant knowledge and experienced candidates may apply.
