Deliver engaging training sessions to students/candidates
Prepare training materials and lesson plans
Support candidates in skill development and career readiness
Maintain attendance and training reports
Monitor candidate progress and performance
Coordinate with management for smooth training operations

Classroom management abilities
Basic computer knowledge
Passion for teaching and mentoring
